The 5th Generation BMW 3 Series was introduced in 2005. The 3 Series is a front engine rear-wheel drive subcompact executive car. The E90 2005 BMW Series was the best-selling luxury car in Canada and the United States. The 3 Series received a facelift in 2009 which included a series of minor cosmetic changes. The 5th Generation 3 Series is available in 9 variants 316i, 318i, 320i, 325i, 330i, 335i, M3, 320d and 330d. The 2005 BMW 3 Series is also available in 4 different body styles 4-door sedan, 2-door coupe, 2-door convertible and 5-door touring.

Exterior

The exterior of the 5th Generation 3 Series features a familiar BMW design language. The front end houses angular trapezium styled side swept headlights, the classic BMW kidney grille, a rectangular air intake and standard circular fog lights. The rear end houses sleek side swept headlights and a large bumper. The overall exterior of 2005 BMW 3 Series features very restrained and minimalistic styling.

Interior

The interior of the 2005 BMW 3 Series compromises of black plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in a choice of black, beige or gray fabric. Standard features include heated door mirrors, power door mirrors, automatic climate control, multifunction steering wheel, cruise control, a ten speaker stereo audio system, rain sensing windscreen wipers, stability control and traction control.
