due to no surge tank, fuel pump will run dry when car is turning and fuel is sloshing around.. dry running kills the pump. you have to wire the auto cut off your self. Ie the fuel pump should cut of on redline and when fuel rail pressure is achieved.
low petrol leads to same problem of pump running dry and also over heating. keep at least half tank petrol at all times...
always remember when going for swaps its NEVER a simple plug and play... you have to ensure that all the systems are exactly the same as they were in the original donor car as it came from factory..
for example your engine is from a corrola.. I would get the fuel tank out of a corrola take out the surge tank/pump and modify it to fit in the charades tank.
charade did not come with an in tank pump so this modification is necessary.
fix these issues first and then get a NEW pump. kabli is not new. it is most probably overused scrap.
