The 660cc Suzuki Alto was introduced in 2009. The Alto car is a front engine front/four wheel drive kei car. The Suzuki Alto cars are also sold as the Mazda Carol in other regions of the world. The Suzuki Alto featured an updated design language and slightly smaller exterior dimensions compared to the 6th Generation Suzuki Alto. The Suzuki Alto 660cc was available in 5 variants E, F, G, VP, and X. The Suzuki Alto price in Pakistan was fairly competitive when compared to other models in the same class available in the local market.

The exterior of the Suzuki Alto 660cc features a very familiar Kei car design language. The front end houses sharp upswept headlights and a large hexagon grille with a horizontal body colored plastic trim piece running across it. The rear end houses the stacked side swept taillights and a standard case hatchback.

The interior of the Suzuki Alto compromises of light gray plastic trim pieces. The front and rear seats are covered in fabric. Standard equipment on the E variant includes air conditioning, power steering and a stereo speaker system. Features on the higher end VP includes keyless entry. Features on the highest end F, G and X variant includes power windows and front fog lights with power adjustable mirrors. Options include satellite navigation and climate control. The overall interior of the Suzuki Alto offers a decent amount of interior space for a kei car of its exterior dimensions. The 7th Generation Alto offers a good level of comfort and a great ride quality.
