Very poor maintenance services. Rude staff do not follow the appointment schedule. Many a times clueless about the fault just follow hit and trial like any road side workshop. Highly incompetent and unprofessional.

Quality of customer service including after sales:
The repair services are poor and unprofessional. The mechanics try to cheat customers and often tell them to service the car st their workshops. Further they change parts with the ones they are keeping with them.

Final Words:I noticed another issue during one of the visits for services that the mechanics try to cheat you by offering second hand parts and also tell you that they work in a private workshop and one can have service from there. This place is too expensive .

Final Words:the service is acceptable but the parts charges are very high compared with the local market. I had bad experience with even parts supplied during service.
The management should at least check prices in the market or ask customers to bring their own parts for fixation.

Incooprative behavior of the staff

Variety of cars:

Quality of customer service including after sales:
Incooprative behavior of the staff while dealing with customers. Hit and trial method adopted by the mechanics to identify faults. New policy adopted by the management that not to provide any service in front of customers has negative implications and requires to be reviewed.
Value for money: expensive spare parts as compared to market

Recommended for other customers:
I recommend to other customers not to visit Toyota Rawal Motors due to negative behavior of the staff.
