I had the same problem on my 2017 Gen X. Mine started from the minute I drove this zero meter car from the dealer. So I was lucky to have it replaced under warranty.
When my dealer put up the warranty claim, Honda did not have ready assembly to cover this claim, so as a short solution, they greased the rack. That did absolutely nothing to reduce the noise. So greasing is a waste of time. Only solution is to replace the rack. If you are not prepared to spend on a new rack, just live with the noise. I know it is very annoying but it is a minor annoyance compared to 200k.
