The exterior of the 2nd Generation 1991 Mitsubishi Pajero features a restrained and minimalistic design language. The front end houses rectangular styled side swept headlights with circular inserts, a large chrome rectangular grille and an outward sticking bumper. The rear end houses stacked vertical side swept taillights, the spare wheels and swing out door. The 5-door SUV variant features identical styling apart from being slightly longer in order to accommodate the rear doors. All variants of the Mitsubishi Pajero feature identical styling.
