That can be checked very easily.
Just wrestle the axle shaft in all planes, if it moves up and down independant of the inner joint, it will vibrate as it runs off center.

You can remove the axle and tear it down. The inner joint tripod rollers should be nice n smooth spinning, the cup should not have indentation of it either, and make sure to not use black cv grease in there, it takes a high temp but semi fluid bearing grease.
Cvt are very sensitive to this as the tcc locks up too frequently and even at low rpm.
