Guys is this correct idle rpm without AC for baleno 1.3 on Petrol?
yes!. this mark is 800rpm mark. and for 1.3 baleno normal idle speed is 800 -900 rpms without a/c. and with ac on it should be 1000 to 1100rpms.
Oh ok actually I'm facing the problem of minor jerks in 1st gear only when foot completely off the accelerator in very slow speed like in the street that's why i asked about the rpm cuz I thought maybe it's too low, also car's air filter box has a broken clamp at the moment and resulting in box sucking air I doubt will these jerks go away If I fix the air filter box?
no they wont go away with that. u need to fix the clamp anyhow as it will let dust go in throthle body. old manual cars have this issue of minor jerks, because of bad mountings or other suspenion parts. it can't be like a new car.
I see.....so what's this very known problem of loose air filter box linked with poor pickup and stuff in baleno or is it just a myth
no, i dont think so, loose filter box is linked with feeding dusty air to throtle body resulting in clogged TB and thus rough idle and slow pickup. plus loose airfilter also contributes to gunk development inside engine.
in my understanding it is an air restrictor, which restricts the air flow while car is running on CNG.
stepper motor to control air intake for CNG purpose, comes with factory fitted CNG cars, instead of blocking the TB intake it has a stepper motor control to reduce increase air flow needed to create sucking/negative pressure for CNG combustion
Oh interesting and what is that white screw?
Assalam o Alaikum all brothers, please recommend best spark plugs and their best gap setting for maximum fuel economy on Petrol only, for baleno jxr 1300ccThanks
Does Baleno come with Z link bro
i think there is Z link
What is z link?
yes as far as i remember there is a Z-link or Stabilizer link. the point on that comment was to not only chnage struts but change bushings as well so to have a better driving expereince.
Anyone shifted from 185/65R14 to 195/55R15?Any difference in drive after changing?
Yes, not much difference tho car looks much better now
